The MDS 515 trommel screen weighs approximately 52 tonnes and delivers up to 500 tonnes per hour. The flagship heavy-duty rotary scalper, it is designed to handle the toughest primary screening tasks, excelling at cleaning sticky clay from rocks and producing rip-rap/armour rock from blasted materials that standard scalping screens often struggle to process. The drum is 5.5m long with a 1.5m diameter, able to process rocks up to 800mm in size.
